We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual term.
If we make significant changes to our Service that materially reduce functionality during your subscription period, we may offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
